Specialized Programs
At Respite Care, we strive not only to be a safe environment where parents feel comfortable leaving their children, but also provide enriching activities for every age. We separate our kiddos into three groups: Pebbles, Rocks, and Boulders.
PEBBLES:
Early Childhood Program
Our Early Childhood Program is thoughtfully divided into four groups: Caterpillars, Ladybugs, Bumblebees, and Butterflies. These age-based groups help create developmentally appropriate environments for the children in our care while also meeting Child Care Licensing requirements.
ROCKS:
School-Age Program
Our School Age Program provides a fun, supportive, and engaging environment for children ages 6–12. Through structured activities, creative play, social interaction, and individualized support, children are encouraged to build confidence, develop friendships, and explore their unique interests and abilities in a safe and welcoming space.
BOULDERS:
Teen Program
Our Teen Program provides a supportive and engaging environment for teens ages 13–18, with a focus on fostering independence, confidence, social connection, and self-expression. Through age-appropriate activities, recreation, life skills opportunities, and peer interaction, teens are encouraged to build meaningful relationships while exploring their interests in a safe and welcoming space.
