Block Schedule Options:

Monday – Thursday

6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Early Morning) – 1 hour

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Morning I) – 1.5 hours

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning II) – 3 hours

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Early Afternoon) – 3 hours

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Afternoon) – 2 hours

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Afternoon + Dinner) – 4 hours

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Evening) – 2 hours

9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overnight) – 9.5 hours

*On weekdays, we are open until 9:00 PM

Friday

6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Early Morning) – 1 hour

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Morning I) – 1.5 hours

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning II) – 3 hours

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Early Afternoon) – 3 hours

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Afternoon) – 2 hours

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Afternoon + Dinner) – 4 hours

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening) – 3 hours

9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overnight) – 9.5 hours

Saturday

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Morning I) – 2 hours

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning II) – 3 hours

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Early Afternoon) – 3 hours

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Afternoon) – 2 hours

Sunday

Schedule Changes or Requests with Less than One Month’s Notice

  • If you need to make a change to your schedule after submitting your calendar, please e-mail request@respitecareinc.org AND your child’s Coordinator: Pebbles: Quincy@respitecareinc.org, Rocks or Boulders: LaurenM@respitecareinc.org
  • If it is a “day of” change, please call Respite Care at 970-207-9435.
  • If your scheduling needs do not allow you to submit scheduling requests with one month’s notice, please call Maddy Neubauer or Natalia Calhoun at Respite.
